I have been going to WJS for several years now. My stylist is Nikki M and she does an amazing job cutting my hair, I wouldn't trust anyone else with my cut & color. The staff is also great & very welcoming to everyone who comes thru the door. The salon is very clean as they do an amazing job keeping everything sanitized to follow all the CDC guidelines for COVID, including hand sanitizing,face masks & taking temps. The minute I was told of the protocols that had been put in place,I was so relieved. Nikki P is the best. So caring,so professional,and even with our masks on I could feel her smile. I thank Jamie and the rest of the staff for making the hair experience anxiety free under these very abnormal times. I love going to have my hair done. Yesterday was my 1st day back & I was so excited to be there. It's like I have 2 families. Even with a mask, sanitizer and social distancing I felt so comfortable and welcomed. I've been a client for 2 yrs. now and they never disappoint. I'm one of those people that is very stingy with my time and I dislike having to be anywhere, but if I must be somewhere "William Jean is the place to be" Nikki Marshall is my stylist and her work is her pride. Never had my hair this short, but can't imagine it any other way. All of the stylists are good and that I can honestly say. If you want a real manicure with sweet conversation, Denise is your girl.

I have been a customer of WJS for a few years now. All of the staff are friendly, the salon is clean and it's just relaxing to be there! My stylist is Nikki M. She has been cutting my hair for at least 5 years now and I couldn't imagine going to anyone else for my cut/color, especially when I come in asking for the "latest trend".. she never disappoints!

Once again, William Jean Salon is welcoming and warm upon arrival. I was taken right on time which very much appreciated especially on a Saturday. My appointment was made at the last minute by me, so this last minute accommodation is really indicative of exceptional customer service. My cut was tailored to me, my color is spectacular. And this was well within an hour! Wonderful experience.

This was my second time at WJS and it was awesome. Hannah spent a lot of time on my hair to perfect it. She also gave provided me with proper upkeep and suggestions for my hair type. She suggested other hair treatments for me to do down the road but didn't force them on me. She also went out of her way to find me a phone charger which was sweet.

Great service, friendly atmosphere, fun, unique decor. I've been seeing Jamiee since I got married in 2012. Impressive!!

Both my hair cut and my manicure were first rate. Jaimee is a genius at styling hair to suit your hair's unique characteristics and in a style suitable for your lifestyle. Then she takes the time to help you learn how to manage it better, too. Denise is a master of all things concerning nails. She listens, she advises, and is a master at application. thanks to both of them, I get complements after every visit.

I came to William Jean salon because my stylist moved to the salon. I love Nikki Marshall's work, but I must say, I've used other stylists during her maternity leaves, and I don't think there's a sub-par stylist there! You can't go wrong at William Jean salon. Also, the salon has other great things to purchase, and I love to "shop" while I'm there. They also host great events, if you're interested. It's really a nice salon!

I had a very enjoyable appointment yesterday with Denise for a manicure and then a brow wax but I don't remember the lady's name. Both were very pleasant and both did a great job. If you haven't tried William Jean Salon, you should!!!

I had a manicure, pedicure (polish only) and a brow wax. Denise did a lovely job on my mani/pedi and Jaime did the brow wax. Unfortunately, when I was ready for the brow wax, Jaime was in the middle of doing someone's hair so I had to wait a very long time for Jaime. Hopefully my next appointment will be scheduled so that there is not such a long wait between services.

I always have a pleasant experience when Jamie colors my hair. I have never left unhappy.Happy Wanna Be Red Head :P
